Description

This Semi-waterfront cottage with private dock and buoy has a fire pit on the beach is a great family get away. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen and ensuite bath (shower only), the other has bunk beds, there is a powder room just outside the 2nd bedroom, and well equipped galley style kitchen (apt. sized). The cabin is equipped with Satellite TV, Washer/ Dryer, Free WiFi, BBQ, Patio Set, and Hammock. There is a convenient store (gas, liquor, snacks, and videos), playground 2km away, or walk the beach to get ice cream, a specialty coffee, do some shopping at Sun Beach, or rent a kayak or paddle board. The Scotch Creek Provincial park is just 10 min. away, as well as grocery/liquor stores, drug store, restaurants, Gas etc... If you like to golf there is the Anglemont Golf Course 10 min. away, as well as Talking Rock 20 min. away and at least 5 other courses within an hours drive. Boating from this location is awesome. If you just want to float around, ski, wake board, surf, tube, explore the 1600km of Shuswap Lake shoreline, or end the day going out to a restaurant on the lake by boat you can do it all. Hiking, biking, river rafting, paddleboarding, kayak/canoe, and segway tours are all a close by as well.

A Deposit is required upon booking. A Damage Deposit of $500.00 in the form of a valid, signed, pre-authorized credit card is required upon check in.
